All documents are generated automatically based on your responses and may not reflect current law in your jurisdiction or account for your specific circumstances. EstateFormsAI does not guarantee that any document will be legally sufficient, enforceable, or appropriate for your needs. EstateFormsAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal services, or legal representation, and nothing on the platform should be interpreted as legal advice. Use of the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and EstateFormsAI or any person associated with the platform, and communications through the platform are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform or its content. All platform content, including templates, design, and software, is owned by EstateFormsAI and provided to you for personal use only. EstateFormsAI may use third-party service providers, including hosting, payment processing, and automation tools, and is not responsible for their performance or actions. The platform may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and EstateFormsAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a court proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or representative proceeding. Arbitration shall be administered by a recognized arbitration provider and conducted in the State of Florida, unless otherwise required by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The purchase of any document or plan is limited to use for a single individual as part of one estate plan. You may not use the platform to create documents for multiple unrelated individuals, third parties, or clients without purchasing a separate plan for each. Any attempt to reuse the platform or generated documents for additional individuals beyond the original user(s) is prohibited.
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital products, EstateFormsAI does not offer refunds once documents have been generated or accessed. Edits are included for 30 days from the date of purchase and are limited to updates to the original user’s information. After this period, additional updates may require a new purchase or a discounted redo at EstateFormsAI’s discretion

EstateFormsAI does not guarantee long-term storage or access to documents. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your documents after generation. EstateFormsAI shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, outages, or third-party service interruptions.
EstateFormsAI is not intended for use in jurisdictions where self-help legal forms are not permitted. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EstateFormsAI regarding the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
